Admission

The application form attached with the information brochure- cum – prospectus can also be downloaded from www.bipsindia.co.in. The downloaded Application form shall accompany the A/C Payee Demand Draft amounting to Rs 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) during submission of the Application. Please ensure that the Demand Draft bears code Number of issuing Bank. The candidate must write his/her name clearly on the back of the Demand Draft. The dully filled in Application and Admit Card Forms along with the documents/credentials to be enclosed should reach the office of the Principal, BIPS, Bengal Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, P-26 CIT Road, Scheme-VI (M), Kolkata-700054

Note:

• Amount once paid for the Application Form and Prospectus is not refundable.
• The Authority shall not be held responsible for any Postal Delay under any situation.
• Self-attested photocopies of the documents/credentials required to be enclosed with the Application:
• Proof of Indian Nationality/ Permanent Resident Certificate.
• Pass Certificate of the SSLC/ Madhyamik Examination as proof of Age.
• Mark sheet of Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination or any equivalent Examination from the recognized board.
• ST/SC or category certificate from the Competent Authority (where applicable)
• 1(one) recent passport size photograph to be affixed on the Application Form and 2(two) recent passport size photograph to be affixed on the Admit Card
• Nationalized Bank draft of Rs.500/-(Rupees Five Hundred Only) (in case of downloaded application form)
• Students will not be allowed to persue any other course while persuing the following courses at our Institute

Note:

At the time of Counselling (on call) all of the above documents are to be produced in original along with one photocopy of each document (self-attested).
